APPLICATION FOR CREDIT FACILITIES
1. Please be advised that it is the standard Smile Puzzles cc (hereafter “Smile”), to determine the credit rating of every prospective client, if services are to be rendered to such client without advance payment.
2. We, accordingly, include herewith the credit-application form, to be completed by yourself or your duly authorized representative.
3. Please find further enclosed herewith the Smile Standard Terms and Conditions subject to which any future services are to be rendered unless specifically otherwise agreed in writing.
4. The Standard Terms and Conditions of Smile enclosed herewith, are incorporated by way of reference in all future agreements between Smile and the client, and shall take precedence over any Terms and Conditions contained in the client’s Order Forms or Conditions of Payment.
